URURC-A Terms of Service

Welcome to URURC-A ("the Service"), a Minecraft skin and cape hosting platform with Yggdrasil-compatible authentication. Please read this agreement carefully before registering.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. If you are a minor, you confirm that your guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

Registration is available by invitation code only. Invitation codes are personal and may not be sold, published or shared. You are responsible for keeping your password, email address and verification token confidential, and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the skins, capes, textures, avatars and other content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or harassing content; impersonate another person; upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service; access other users' accounts or data; scrape the Service with automated tools; or violate any applicable law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Privacy and data

We collect only the data needed to run the Service: email address, hashed password, nickname or player name, IP address, login records and uploaded textures. We do not sell personal data. Our servers may be located outside your country; by using the Service you consent to the transfer and processing of your data there.

7. Third-party sign-in

You may sign in through third-party providers such as Microsoft. Those providers' own terms and privacy policies apply to that interaction; we only receive the data needed to create and link your account.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that data will be preserved forever; please keep your own copies of important uploads.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Limited records may be retained as required by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or interruption of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
